During the Foundation phase of the “Finding Great DIAD entries one on one Course” there will be lots of lessons to be learnt. Some about trading and other about trading psychology.
This webpage will list some of the lessons to be learnt about becoming a good Forex entry trader and completing this module of the course.
Please note Forex trading is not easy and we sometime need to work with incomplete or conflicting information to make trading decisions. It is therefore very important that we get the simple things right and that we are thorough about things we can control.
Below are examples of some of the of email support emails and interactions experienced to date
Lesson 1 Don’t make thoughtless comments
Lession 2 Follow instructions
Lession 3 Resolve your own problems before writing a support email
Lessons 4 Follow instructions
- Thoughtless comments:
Answers from the questionnaire – 70% success rate, Reward to risk ratio 2:1, overall results break even.
If your success rate is 70% and you earn double the amount you risk your results should be 70% x + 2 + 30% x -1 = + 1.4 – 0.3 = +1.1 or you are making a 110% return on amounts risked – that is very far from breakeven.
If there are any other factors to be taken into account mention them.
Please do not make any comments which you have not given any thought to – I can’t give support if you are not honest to yourself about your current performance, or make thoughtless comments that make no sense, or are very bad at maths.
Most failing Forex traders do not pay attention to detail or are in a rush. So please pay attention to detail and don’t be in a rush.
- Follow instructions
The very first instruction given in this course was:-
PLEASE BOOKMARK THIS PAGE
YOU ARE GOING TO NEED IT REGULARLY
Many support questions asked so far indicates that this was not done by many participants.
- Resolve your own problems before writing a support email
I received the following support email from a participant: –
I just want to confirm that there is only one payment of $200.00 and this covers the first 5 weeks rather than $200 each week for the first 5 weeks (followed by monthly $100 charge).
My reply:
Part of the course is to teach you to resolve your own questions, absorb information correctly, think clearly and follow instructions.
To answer your PayPal subscription question you could: –
- Evaluate if your option makes logical sense. Then –
- Read the PayPal receipt for your payment very carefully
- Read the website where you decided to click on the PayPal button
- Click on the PayPal button and read what you are paying for
- Pay attention to detail
One of the assignments ask for a DIAD strategy to be developed and an explanation why the strategy is regarded as the most efficient DAID strategy possible.
Many participants do the first part and do not bother with the second question.
I am particularly aware that failing traders do not pay attention to detail so please make a big effort to pay attention to detail.
